- Juice from 2 mandarins
- 1 20 oz. can of pineapple chunks in 100% pineapple juice (no preservatives)
- 6 strawberries

Thanks for that. My son has a total aversion to eating fruit for some reason, so I made the fruit into smoothies for him and then he loves it! I also found some great smoothie recipes here and thought I’d share – lots of other great ideas there.
