- sea salt
- a lemon/lemon juice
- edamame
So simple, yet so delectable. Boil edamame (still in pods) for just a couple of minutes. Drain. Sprinkle on sea salt (to taste). Squeeze on some lemon juice (to taste). Chew on pods to remove beans. Discard pods.
