I picked up a package of Knorr’s Garden Herb Rice with Spring Vegetables. It’s so easy to make and it’s so yummy. For added yum, I threw in some mushrooms. If you’re looking for a meal that’s low in effort and high in taste, pick up a package of this. It’s got 2 full servings of veggies in each pouch. And if you’re a veggie nut like me, you can always jazz it up by adding even more veggies like broccoli, or spinach, or whatever! It’s part of their “Sides Plus” line, but it can easily be the meal itself, in my opinion. And if you’re vegan, you’re likely no stranger to the concept of utilizing “sides” as your main dish. We live on the edge!
