I don't know what the hell it was but it was deelicious! I've had many tofu-bastardized faux-meats and have been not displeased but not either impressed with these options as a meat alternative. But, whatever they used for their "chicken" was just like chicken in taste and texture (and without parents!). Very impressive. -E It’s true.
