Yup. As of next week, my days as a Utahn will be over and my days as a Midwesterner will recommence. Though I will be sad to say goodbye to my job and my fantastic co-workers, I am very excited to be near family and old friends again. So, if I am a little less frequent in my posts for the next little stretch of time, I do apologize.

Though I have thoroughly enjoyed the vegan restaurants in Salt Lake like Sages, Vertical Diner, Omar’s Living Cuisine, and the mouth-watering vegan cheese pizza at Este, I know there are even more fantastic restaurants awaiting my arrival in the Twin Cities.
