(this recipe was a big hit at my work potluck- delicious even for non vegans!)
makes large quantity.
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 4 C. mushrooms, sliced (good with a variety)
- 2 T. soy sauce
- 3 C. Vitasoy (creamy original)
- 2 1/2 T. nutritional yeast
- 1/2 t. sea salt
- 1/2 t. garlic, granulated
- 1/4 t. black pepper
- 5 t. arrowroot powder
- 1 t. vegetable bouillon
- 1 t. onion, granulated
- 16 oz. linguine noodles
